运用减压凝固法研究了环境湿度、精炼时间、保温温度对ZL702合金含氢量的影响。结果表明:熔炼温度一定时,相对湿度越高,熔体含氢量越高。同时由相关理论并结合试验结果得出氢进入铝液的溶解率;此外,采用C2Cl6精炼ZL702合金时,以精炼后静置15 min含氢量最低,适宜浇注;铝液保温温度同样会影响铝液质量,温度不能太高,否则会因温度的升高而使铝液内部自由体积增加,使含氢量增加。
The effects of ambient humidity, refining time and holding temperature on the hydrogen content of ZL702 alloy were studied by vacuum solidification. The results show that when the melting temperature is constant, the higher the relative humidity, the higher the hydrogen content in the melt. Meanwhile, the dissolution rate of hydrogen into molten aluminum was obtained from the relevant theory and experimental results. In addition, when ZL702 was refined with C2Cl6, the content of hydrogen was the lowest after 15 min of refining and was suitable for pouring. The holding temperature of molten aluminum also affected the solubility of aluminum Liquid quality, the temperature can not be too high, otherwise the temperature will increase the free volume within the molten aluminum to increase the hydrogen content.
