本文介绍了“2016年浙江省高中英语阅读教研成果推广培训”的背景、培训思路和过程。本次培训以“‘综合视野’下的高中英语阅读教研:体验教学改进的过程”为主题,基于培训组织者六年多的高中英语阅读教学研究成果,以三轮研究的子课题组长的讲座和“历时同课异构”的阅读教学改进为核心内容。本次培训达成以下三点共识:(1)需要进一步强调和落实“文本解读是阅读教学的逻辑起点”这一理念。(2)“英语阅读教学的综合视野”强调英语阅读教学是有机平衡信息加工、思维培养和语言学习的综合的过程。(3)有效的教学研究和培训应当基于“真问题”策划研训活动,以一线教师真实的关切为研讨对象,要有实实在在的研训过程体验。
This article introduces the background, training ideas and process of “2016 Zhejiang province high school English reading teaching and research achievement promotion training”. This training is based on the theme of “Teaching and Research of Senior High School English Reading: The Process of Experience Teaching Improvement” under “Comprehensive Vision”. Based on the research results of high school English reading teaching conducted by training organizers for more than six years, Long lectures and “leaning on the same class heterogeneous ” reading teaching improvement as the core content. The training reached the following three points of consensus: (1) Need to further emphasize and implement “text interpretation is the logical starting point for reading teaching ” concept. (2) “A Comprehensive Perspective of English Reading Teaching ” emphasizes that English reading teaching is a comprehensive process of organic balance information processing, thinking training and language learning. (3) Effective Teaching Research and Training Planning and training activities should be based on “real problems ”, take the real concerns of front-line teachers as the research object, and have a realistic training process experience.
