本文在文献[1]—[4]定性分析企业经营环境对企业经营机制影响的基础上,对其影响要素进行了定量化处理,以期为客观地评价企业经营机制优劣,并在最后提出了“全面评价”所需要的条件。文中所提出的方法在条件满足的前提下不仅使宏观评价企业管理优劣的定量指标成为可能,也为微观企业在经营环境的约束下,构造出适应约束条件的经营机制提供了参照系。
In this paper, [1]-[4] qualitatively analyze the impact of the business environment on the company’s operating mechanism, and quantify the factors affecting it, in order to objectively evaluate the merits of the business mechanism, and finally put forward “Comprehensive evaluation” required conditions. The method proposed in the article not only makes it possible to evaluate the quantitative indicators of enterprise’s management pros and cons under the premise of satisfying the conditions, but also provides a reference system for the micro-enterprises to operate under the constraints of the operating environment to construct the operating mechanism that meets the constraints.
