在大多数内分泌腺机能的调节中,具有颈动脉体反射的参与(1)。大家知道,这些反射使肾上腺髓质发生兴奋。(2)指出向血液注射小量氰化物后,发生具有反射特征的血糖过多症,是■化物引起颈动脉球反射性的加强肾上腺髓质分泌肾上腺素的结果。显而易见,反射性血糖过多症是由于平衡的破坏,化学感受器发出信号,导至组织动力平衡恢复的代偿性反应。(5)分析小量菸硷对于血压的作用,指出了小量菸硷的加压作用主要是靠颈动脉球化学感受器对于肾上腺的反射性影响而实现的。
In the regulation of most endocrine functions, there is involvement of carotid body reflex (1). We all know that these reflexes make the adrenal medulla excited. (2) It is pointed out that hyperglycemia with reflex characteristic occurs after a small amount of cyanide is injected into the blood, and is a result of enhancement of reflex of the carotid bulb by the substance to enhance the secretion of epinephrine by the adrenal medulla. Obviously, reflex hyperglycemia is due to the destruction of equilibrium, chemoreceptors signal, leading to a compensatory response to tissue dynamic balance recovery. (5) The effect of small nicotine on blood pressure was analyzed. It was pointed out that the pressure effect of small nicotine was mainly achieved by the carotid glomerulus’ reflex influence on adrenal glands.
