通过对18只豚鼠钩体病肺弥漫性出血临终口鼻涌血时血小板数和血小板第3因子活性的研究,发现口鼻涌血时,绝大部分豚鼠有血小板数减少和血小板第3因子活性降低,这些变化可能与加重钩体病肺弥漫性出血有关。
