有关百菌清的急性毒性作用已见报导。我院用组织化学与病理学的方法,比较系统地进行了百菌清的急性、亚急性与慢性毒性试验。在喂饲百菌清的慢性动物试验中,病理组织学检查发现,大白鼠前胃与腺胃粘膜上皮有增生性改变。而百菌清对大白鼠胃粘膜上皮细胞的超微结构有无影响,迄今未见专文报告。本文对正常和在百菌清慢性毒性试验中,大白鼠胃粘膜上皮的超微结构进行了电子显微镜的观察,旨在对评定百菌清的慢性毒性作用提供形态学的依据。
Acute toxicity of chlorothalonil has been reported. Our hospital with histochemical and pathological methods, more systematic cleaning of chlorothalonil acute, subacute and chronic toxicity test. In the chronic animal experiment of feeding chlorothalonil, pathological examination revealed that the anterior gland and glandular mucosa epithelium of rats had hyperplastic changes. Chlorothalonil has no effect on the ultrastructure of gastric mucosal epithelial cells in rats, so far no special report. In this paper, the normal and in chlorothalonil chronic toxicity test, the ultrastructure of gastric mucosal epithelium of rats were observed by electron microscopy to assess the chronic toxicity of chlorothalonil provide morphological basis.
