心理学研究表明:人的知识的获得是智力因素与非智力因素相互影响,而以非智力因素起决定性作用的过程。非智力因素主要指学生的学习动机、兴趣、情感、意志、性格等。智力因素基本上属于先天形成,而非智力因素则完全依赖于后天的教育、培养和开发。因此,在初中英语教学中,如何把学生非智力因素和智力因素有机地结合起来,使他们互相渗透、互相作用,充分发挥非智力因素的最大效应,显得尤为重要。
Psychological studies have shown that: the acquisition of human knowledge is the interaction of intellectual and non-intellectual factors, and non-intellectual factors play a decisive role in the process. Non-intellectual factors mainly refers to students’ motivation, interest, emotion, will, character and so on. Intellectual factors basically belong to innate formation, but not intellectual factors are completely dependent on the acquired education, training and development. Therefore, in junior high school English teaching, how to organically combine the students’ non-intelligence factors and intelligence factors so as to enable them to infiltrate and interact with each other and give full play to the maximum effect of non-intellectual factors is particularly important.
