利用Gleeble3500热模拟试验机对试验钢圆柱形试样和裙状试样的热变形行为进行了研究,建立了试验钢的热加工图。试验结果表明裙状试样开裂倾向系数在950达到最大值,微裂纹首先萌生于三叉晶界处。
The hot deformation behavior of the test steel cylindrical specimen and the skirt specimen was studied by using the Gleeble3500 thermal simulation testing machine, and the hot working drawing of the test steel was established. The test results show that the cracking tendency coefficient of skirt specimen reaches the maximum at 950, and the microcracks first originate at the trigeminal grain boundary.
