图书情报机构有偿服务是一种新的服务方式,它是指图书情报机构开发、利用其自身资源,提供给特定读者或用户,并收取一定费用的服务。它不同于图书情报机构的传统服务方式,是在图书情报机构面临困境之际应运而生的,且引起了图书情报界的广泛关注。研究和讨论方兴未艾,涉及有偿服务的理论依据、作用、有偿化程度、内容、有偿服务与无偿服务的关系、有偿服务收费及收入分配、管理等方面。讨论的焦点集中在有偿服务的理论依据、有偿化程度、无偿与有偿的关系等三个问题上。本文拟将图书情报界十年来对上述问题的研究作一返顾和综述,以期人们对此有一个概括性的了解,不当之处恳请教正。
Reimbursed service of LIS is a new way of service. It refers to the service that library intelligence agencies develop, use their own resources to provide to certain readers or users, and charge a fee. It is different from the traditional service mode of LIS, which came into being when LIS face difficulties, and has aroused widespread concern of LIS. Research and discussion on the ascendant, the theoretical basis, role, degree of compensation, the content, the relationship between paid service and gratuitous service, paid service charge and income distribution, management and so on. The discussion focused on the theoretical basis of paid services, the degree of reimbursement, and the relationship between the unpaid and the paid issues. This article intends to review and summarize the research on the above issues in the LIS for ten years in the hope that people will have a general understanding of the above problems and urgently ask them to correct them.
