选择孕8~21周正常发育胎儿标本20例和唇腭裂(CLP)胎儿9例予以研究。标本冠状面连续做成厚20~30μm 切片10张,HE 染色,计算机塑形剥取犁状骨,采用三维计算机重塑技术(three-dim-entional computer reconstructive techniq-ue)予以重塑,算出所剥取犁骨之长度和体积,同时计算所取全部犁骨范围内鼻隔体积。正常和唇腭裂胎儿犁骨长度、体积以及鼻隔体积比较分别剔选众家及作者自身经验获证较好而确切适宜的回归法分析。
20 pregnant fetuses with normal development from 8 to 21 weeks of gestation and 9 fetuses with cleft lip and palate (CLP) were selected for study. The coronal plane of the specimen was continuously made into 10 slices with a thickness of 20-30 μm and HE stained by computer. The plow bone was stripped by computer modeling and remodeled by three-dimensional computer reconstructive technique. Stripping the length and volume of the vault, while calculating the volume of the nasal septum within the range of all vomeral. Normal and cleft lip and palate fetal vomer length, volume, and septum volume were compared to select the public and the author’s own experience is better and accurate and appropriate regression analysis.
