以慢心律100～150mg,3次/日,治疗室性早搏54例,均为慢性稳定型室早,多于10次/min。病因上有病毒性心肌炎21例,冠心病16例,高、冠心病6例,风心2例,肺心并冠心2例,其他7例。辅以肌苷辅酶A静滴。随机抽取20例仅用肌苷、辅酶A治疗为对照,对照组早搏情况及病种分布与治疗组相当。
The slow heart rate 100 ~ 150mg, 3 times / day, 54 cases of premature ventricular contractions, are chronic stable early, more than 10 times / min. There were 21 cases of viral myocarditis, 16 cases of coronary heart disease, 6 cases of coronary heart disease, 6 cases of coronary heart disease, 2 cases of pulmonary heart disease, 2 cases of pulmonary heart and coronary heart disease, and 7 cases of other patients. Supplemented with inosine coenzyme A intravenous infusion. Twenty patients were randomly selected with inosine alone and coenzyme A as control. The control group had similar premature beat and disease distribution as the treatment group.
