高等院校传统的人才培养模式与社会、行业需求出现一定程度的错位和结构性矛盾,急切需要进行协同创新应用型人才培养模式改革。协同创新是通过校企等多方的协同、优化教学团队、优化创新资源。通过校企协同,在教学中导入“真题实做”的课题式教学,以实现社会行业需求与高校人才培养的无缝对接。“真题实做”课题式教学是协同创新人才培养模式的重要教学形式,实践证明,其实现了校企的双赢,值得深入实践与探索,并在艺术设计学科的各个专业进行推广应用。
The traditional personnel training mode in colleges and universities and social and industry needs a certain degree of dislocation and structural contradictions, there is an urgent need for collaborative innovation of applied personnel training mode reform. Collaborative innovation through the school-enterprise and many other synergies, optimize the teaching team, optimize the innovative resources. Through the school-enterprise collaboration, the teaching of “real problem solving” is introduced into the teaching so as to realize the seamless connection between the needs of the social industry and the training of university personnel. “Problem-based Practice ” The subject-based teaching is an important teaching mode of collaborative innovation of personnel training mode. Practice has proved that it has realized the win-win situation of school-enterprise, which is worth to be deeply practiced and explored, and popularized and applied in various fields of art design discipline.
