我国外贸体制面临的问题经过10年改革,我国外贸在国民经济中的地位和作用显著提高,外贸企业萌发了生机和活力。改革的政策措施,广泛调动了地方、部门、企业、职工的积极性,我国对外贸易10年间有了迅速发展。到1988年,进出口贸易突破了千亿元大关,达到1028亿美元,比1978年的206亿美元增长了4倍;10年的年增长速度为17.4%,大大超过了前28年(1950～1978年)年增长10.9%的速度。到1989年,进出口贸易达到1116亿美元,比
After 10 years of reform, the status and role of China’s foreign trade in the national economy have significantly increased. Foreign trade enterprises have sprouted their vitality and vitality.
