In the initial stage of our socialism, agriculture is an important foundation for social development. Since 80% of the population has not completely got rid of the natural and semi-natural economic status, the agricultural ecological relations are still the basic ecological relations of our country’s present-day social life. Based on the specific conditions of our country’s natural environment, the natural ecological imbalance and destruction caused by history and the evil consequences left by others are the natural disasters that endanger the national economy and people’s livelihood.
