In order to obtain a higher titer of hepatitis A virus antigen (hereinafter referred to as HAAg), in addition to having excellent virulence, the choice of the best harvest is the key. In this paper, we observed the intracellular proliferative activity of HAV to determine the optimal harvest period for peak virus titer.
