本文观察了部分肾小球肾炎和尿毒症患者血清中超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)酶类的变化。结果提示:肾炎患者血清中总SOD活力及铜锌SOD(CuZn-SOD)含量和活力明显高于正常人,但锰SOD(Mn-SOD)变化不明显,肾衰患者血清中CuZn-SOD和Mn-SOD含量和活力均明显高于正常人及肾炎患者。表现为肾炎综合征的肾炎患者的CuZn-SOD含量高于肾病综合征患者。
This article observed changes in glomerular nephritis and uremia serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) enzymes. The results suggest that the serum total SOD activity and the content of CuZn-SOD and the activity of CuZn-SOD in serum of patients with nephritis are obviously higher than that of normal people, but the change of Mn-SOD is not obvious. The levels of CuZn-SOD and Mn -SOD content and vitality were significantly higher than normal and nephritis patients. Patients with nephritis manifesting nephritic syndrome have a higher level of CuZn-SOD than those with nephrotic syndrome.
