目的了解广州市船舶修造企业劳务工人职业健康状况。方法对2011、2012年广州市4家国有大型造船企业劳务工人职业健康检查数据进行分析。结果职业健康检查结果异常率为10.43%,其中胸片异常率为6.40%、血常规为4.57%、电测听为13.85%;上岗前职业健康检查异常率为8.79%、在岗期间职业健康检查异常率为11.85%,离岗时职业健康检查异常率为8.70%。结论船舶修造企业劳务工人职业健康状况严峻,应加强对用工单位和用人单位的监管,加强工作场所通风、降温措施,加强个体防护。
Objective To understand the occupational health status of service workers in ship building enterprises in Guangzhou. Methods The data of occupational health examination of workers in four large state-owned shipbuilding enterprises in Guangzhou in 2011 and 2012 were analyzed. Results The abnormal rate of occupational health examination was 10.43%, of which the abnormal rate of chest X-ray was 6.40%, the blood routine was 4.57%, and the electrical measurement was 13.85%. The pre-employment occupational health examination anomalous rate was 8.79% The rate was 11.85%. The abnormal rate of occupational health examination when leaving the post was 8.70%. Conclusions The occupational health status of ship building workers in enterprises is very serious. Supervision over employing units and employing units should be strengthened. Ventilation and cooling measures in the workplace should be strengthened to enhance individual protection.
