1987年美国风湿病学会重新修改了类风湿病的分类标准(诊断标准) 1.持续1小时以上的晨僵(≥6w) 2.具有3处以上关节肿胀(≥6w) 3.手、MCP(掌指关节)、PIP(近位指节间关节)关节肿胀(≥6w) 4.关节对称性肿胀 5.皮下结节 6.类风湿因子 7.手的x线变化 上述7个项目若具有4项以上可诊断为类风湿病。
1987 American Rheumatism Association re-modified classification criteria for rheumatoid (diagnostic criteria) 1. Continued more than 1 hour morning stiffness (≥ 6w) 2. With 3 or more joint swelling (≥ 6w) 3. Hand, MCP ( Metacarpophalangeal joint swelling (≥6w) 4. Joint symmetry swelling 5. Subcutaneous nodules 6. Rheumatoid factor 7. X-rays of hands. If the above seven items have 4 Items above can be diagnosed as rheumatoid disease.
