本文通过对我国城镇集体所有制经济发展的历史回顾和所有制、所有权及城镇集体经济的本质属性的理性思考，论证了城镇集体所有制经济在我国社会主义现阶段作为公有制经济的具体实现形式之一，需要得到进一步发展的必然趋势，作者认为，在当前．更应大力发展合秋、合作、股份合作制，以适应建立社会主义市场经济体制的要求。
Based on the historical review of the economic development of the urban collective ownership in our country and the rational thinking of ownership, ownership and the essential attributes of the urban collective economy, this paper argues that the urban collective ownership economy is one of the concrete realization forms of the public ownership economy in our country at the present stage of socialism. The inevitable trend of further development, the author believes that at present. We should vigorously develop together autumn, cooperation and joint-stock cooperation so as to meet the requirements of establishing a socialist market economy.
