社会主义公有制与市场经济的关系是我国经济体制改革中遇到的亟待解决的一个重大问题,也是学术界仍有争议的一个问题。社会主义的经济体制不是一成不变的,高度集中的计划经济体制是特定条件下的产物,不是公有制的代名词,市场经济作为一种经济模式也不是资本主义的“专利品”。本文循我国改革开放的历史轨迹,论述了公有制与市场经济相统一的必然性与必要性。
The relationship between the socialist public ownership and the market economy is a major issue that urgently needs to be resolved in the process of economic restructuring in our country and is still a controversial issue in the academic circle. The socialist economic system is not immutable. A highly centralized planned economy is a product under certain conditions. It is not synonymous with public ownership. Market economy as an economic model is not capitalist. Based on the history of China’s reform and opening up, this article discusses the necessity and necessity of the unification of public ownership and market economy.
