检验了三个20MnCr5级的电弧熔炼箱式渗碳钢钢锭添加不同量的铈镧金属后的效果。为了避免增加夹杂总量,有必要最少量地加入稀土。形成这些夹杂的原因是稀土加入量较少形成的稀土(钙、铝、锰)氧化物的上浮力差的缘故,而随着稀土量的增加,稀土硫化物和氧化物的形成,钢的洁净度得到了改善,钢锭的夹杂特征可以从钢的机械性能上反映出来。钢的热延性,室温抗拉性、冲击性、抗疲劳性能等,根据夹杂参数如:尺寸、形态、分布和成份的差异而发生相应的变化。
The effect of adding different amounts of cerium-lanthanum metal to three 20MnCr5-class arc-melted box carburized steel ingots was examined. In order to avoid increasing inclusions, it is necessary to add a minimum amount of rare earth.
