目的:探讨四逆散对实验性UC大鼠IL-4的影响,以及君臣配伍在组方中的作用。方法:将实验动物分为5组,采用免疫法造模,用ELISA法检测大鼠结肠黏膜组织和血清IL-4水平。结果:模型组实验大鼠血清和结肠黏膜组织的IL-4均显著低于正常组,灌服四逆散和柴芍后,实验大鼠血清和结肠黏膜组织IL-4明显增加,以四逆散组增加最为显著。灌服柴芍枳后,实验大鼠结肠黏膜组织IL-4虽显著增加,但明显低于四逆散组;而实验大鼠血清IL-4含量无明显变化。结论:四逆散能够通过促进实验性UC大鼠IL-4的分泌上调IL-4水平来干预实验性UC,以全方作用最为显著;方中君、臣药物的配伍作用与全方作用一致,发挥了主要作用,但配伍枳实后,作用反而降低。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Sini Decoction on IL-4 in experimental UC rats, Methods: The experimental animals were divided into five groups and were made by immunohistochemistry. The levels of IL-4 in colonic mucosa tissue and serum were detected by ELISA. Results: The levels of IL-4 in serum and colonic mucosa in model group were significantly lower than those in normal group. IL-4 in serum and colonic mucosa of experimental rats were significantly increased after oral administration of Sini Powder and Chishao, Bulk group increased the most significant. IL-4 in colonic mucosa of experimental rats increased significantly, but was significantly lower than that of Sini Decoction. However, serum IL-4 level in experimental rats did not change significantly. CONCLUSIONS: Sini Decoction can interfere with experimental UC by up-regulating the secretion of IL-4 in experimental UC rats, and the effect is most significant.
