本文首先介绍了用于射流汽化器的液——气两相比例元件的工作过程与性能要求。然后,用射流数学模型和流动可视化的实验方法对这种比例元件的机理进行了研究。导出了流量特性的理论计算公式,得出这种元件的流量特性中存在一个线性区域,只有在这个区域中,元件才具有比例特性。同时,还推导出这个线性区域大小以及流量特性线性段斜率和元件参数的关系式。所得的结论与实验结果基本一致。
This paper first introduces the working process and performance requirements of liquid-gas two-phase proportional element for jet carburetor. Then, using jet mathematical model and flow visualization experimental method, the mechanism of this proportional element was studied. The theoretical calculation formula of the flow characteristics is deduced, and a linear region exists in the flow characteristics of the component. Only in this region does the component have the proportional property. At the same time, the relationship between the size of the linear region and the slope of the linear section of the flow rate and the component parameters is deduced. The conclusions obtained are basically consistent with the experimental results.
