本文研究放大重油喷燃器时燃烧过程的模化法则。文中首先综述了燃烧模化的一般规律,著者认为完全模化是不可能的。其次指出,紊流扩散的准则数R_e保持相等是不合算的。然后,较详细地总结了佛立许的研究而引用了他的模化法则。根据这个法则,放大重油炉时紊流扩散恶化,因而燃烧条件允许的炉膛容积热强度降低。著者还分析了着火过程的模化原理而推导了着火稳定性保持不变的准则。文末附有一例题示出允许炉膛容积热强度的计算。
In this paper, the law of the combustion process in the amplification of heavy oil burner is studied. The article first reviews the general rules of combustion modeling, and the author thinks that complete mold is impossible. Second, it is uneconomical to keep the number R_e of turbulence diffusion equal. Then, it summarizes the study of Buddha Licensing in more detail and cites his modeling principle. According to this law, the turbulent diffusion is worsened when the heavy oil furnace is enlarged, and thus the heat capacity of the furnace volume allowed by the combustion conditions is reduced. The author also analyzed the principle of modeling the ignition process and derived the criterion that the stability of the ignition remains the same. At the end of the article, there is an example of a calculation that indicates the allowable thermal intensity of the furnace volume.
