中药药剂科在一所医院中是极为关键的科室。最近几年中,在临床中对于中成药进行了应用,由于其具备较小的副作用,且疗效非常好,这就使其受到越来越多的关注和应用。并且当前在研制新剂型的开发方面也越来越多。这就使得中药药剂科有着越来越高的地位。并对其规模进行了扩大,推动科室管理有着快速进步。此外人们对于医院中管理中药药剂科更为关注,其在应达到的管理水平中仍旧是有差距的。所以这就需要在地区的医疗场所对中药药剂科管理具备的结构进行完善,使其自身责任和职能进行有效发挥,并且给以深入探索。本文便对处于新形势中的意愿中药药剂科的发展进行重点研究。

And the current development of new formulations are also more and more. This makes Chinese medicine pharmacy has a higher and higher status. And its size has been expanded to promote rapid progress in department management. In addition, people are more concerned about the management of traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy in hospitals, and there is still a gap in the management level that should be achieved. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the structure of the traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy management in the local medical places so that their own responsibilities and functions can be effectively brought into play and further exploration should be given.
