海南自改革、开放以来尤其是1988建省办大特区后,以开放为中心,以开放促开发,吸引了许多外商来投资办企业,经济建设生机勃勃。最近,我们对全省401户外商投资企业作了一次调查,情况如下: 一、外商投资企业发展势头良好。1980—1990年累计,全省批准的外商投资企业已达1387户,累计合同外商投资额102945万美元,实际利用外资39800万美元。其中,建省后的1988—1990年批准的外商投资企业为1093户,比1980—1987年批准的294户还多799户,外商实际投资额32183万美元,增长3.2倍。1991年1—8月批准的外商投资企业又有265户,实际投资额6233万美元,分别比1990年同期增加1.1倍和1.5倍。现在,全省外商投资企业户数居全国第三位。
Since the reform and opening up, especially since the founding of the Special Economic Zone in 1988, Hainan has taken opening up as the center and opening up for development. It has attracted many foreign investors to invest in enterprises and make economic construction full of vigor and vitality. Recently, we conducted a survey of 401 foreign-invested enterprises in the province. The details are as follows: 1. Foreign-invested enterprises have enjoyed a good momentum of development. From 1980 to 1990, the number of foreign-invested enterprises approved by the province has reached 1,387, with a total contractual foreign investment of 1,029,450,000 U.S. dollars and actual utilized foreign capital of 398,000,000 U.S. dollars. Among them, after the establishment of the province, 1,993 foreign-invested enterprises were approved in 1988-1990, an increase of 799 from the 294 approved in 1980-1987. The actual investment by foreign investors was 3.2183 billion U.S. dollars, an increase of 3.2 times. There were 265 foreign-invested enterprises approved in January-August 1991, with an actual investment of 62.33 million U.S. dollars, up 1.1 times and 1.5 times respectively over the same period of 1990. Now, the number of foreign-invested enterprises in the province ranks third in the country.
