伴娘伴郎,可以说是一个婚礼工作组中的重要人物了。通常,新人会请一个女伴做伴娘,也有人请6-12位女友或姐妹,其中有一位是主伴娘,其他称之为“伴嫁”或“女傧相”。当伴娘只有一位时,有些新郎也会请2-6位好友跟随车队前往迎娶新娘,以壮声势并且让新娘家人风光。除一位主伴郎外均称为“男傧相”。通常,伴郎的人数应当与伴娘成对。
