本文报告采用钇铝石榴石激光(YAG)治疗隆起型早期胃癌,胃息肉及胃石。一、隆起型早期胃癌:作者对因耐龄(68～82岁)无法手术或不愿接受手术的3例隆起型早期胃癌病人试行激光治疗。其中2例为Ⅰ型;1例为Ⅱa型。肿瘤位于胃窦油壁者2例,胃体下部小弯者1例;肿瘤大小分别为2.8×1.9、1.6×1.3、1.9×0.9cm;形态均呈广基型隆起,病理活组织检查为腺癌。经内窥镜传输的激光输出功率为40～50W,照射距离为3cm,照射时间2～3秒,每隔7～10天照1次,共5次。
This article reports the use of yttrium aluminum garnet laser (YAG) for the treatment of elevated early gastric cancer, gastric polyps and gastrolith.
