目的:研究大孔吸附树脂-超声波辅助法分离和纯化淫羊藿中的总黄酮的工艺条件。方法:以总黄酮的吸附量和解吸率为考察指标,考察大孔吸附树脂对箭叶淫羊藿黄酮的吸附和解吸附条件。结果:采用D-101型大孔吸附树脂联合超声波辅助解吸附效果最好。通过纯化后,终产品中物总黄酮含量可达63.8%。结论:本法简单、可行,适合工业生产。
Objective: To study the conditions for the separation and purification of total flavonoids from Epimedium by Macroporous Adsorption Resin - Ultrasound Assisted. Methods: The adsorption and desorption rates of flavonoids were used as indexes to investigate the adsorption and desorption conditions of Epimedium sagittatum flavonoids by macroporous adsorption resin. Results: D-101 macroporous resin with ultrasonic assisted desorption was the best. After purification, the final product content of total flavonoids up to 63.8%. Conclusion: This method is simple, feasible and suitable for industrial production.
