阅读贵刊1993年第4期P40的一篇译文“美国医院药师学会关于处方书系统的说明”感到内容很好,译文基本上符合原意。此项“说明”(原文Statement似可译为“声明”)系美国医院药师学会早在1983年6月即由会员代表大会通过,沿用至今,仍有现实意义,适用于任何类型的医疗保健单位,并不限于医院。不过译文对于“formulary system”译成“处方书系统”,照英文直译过来并不算错,但从中文意义上看很令人费解,与我国药学实践习惯不大一致。 我意不妨译为“处方集制度”,日本将formulary译成“药品集”亦不错。实际上就是我国医院使用已久的“协定处方集”
