目的:研究亚麻根Linum usitatissimum的化学成分。方法:运用硅胶柱色谱进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱分析鉴定结构。结果:从中分离鉴定了10个化合物,分别为香草酸(vanillic acid,1),丁香酸(syringic acid,2),黄嘌呤(xan-thine,3),牡荆苷(vitexin,4),异香草醛(isovanillin,5),(E)-3,3′-二甲氧基-4,4′-二羟基-1,2-二苯乙烯[(E)-3,3′-dimethoxy-4,4′-dihydroxystilbene,6],2-甲氧基对苯二酚-4-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(tachioside,7),β-谷甾醇和豆甾醇(8和9)混合物,盐酸小檗碱(berberine chloride,10)。结论:化合物1~3,5~7,10是首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of Linum usitatissimum. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography. The structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. RESULTS: Ten compounds were isolated and identified from vanillic acid (1), syringic acid (2), xanthine (xan-thine, 3), vitexin (vitexin, 4), and Vanillin (isovanillin, 5), (E)-3,3’-dimethoxy-4,4’-dihydroxy-stilbene [(E)-3,3’-dimethoxy-4 ,4′-dihydroxystilbene,6], 2-methoxyhydroquinone-4-β-D-glucopyranoside (tachioside, 7), β-sitosterol and stigmasterol (8 and 9) mixture, hydrochloric acid Berberine chloride (10). Conclusion: Compounds 1~3, 5~7, 10 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
