近年来,公安高等教育在我国高等教育大众化的背景下,取得了长足发展。自上个世纪90年代末至今,全国各省市的公安高等专科学校除极少数外,都已经升格为公安本科院校,已成为我国公安本科教育的重头戏。作为一个正在崛起的新生力量,新建公安本科院校既面临着发展的机遇,又面临着严峻的挑战。新建公安本科院校应积极探索内涵式发展的路径,争取在较短的时间内建设成为特色鲜明、质量较高、具有一定竞争力的合格的本科院校。
In recent years, public security higher education has made great strides in the context of the popularization of higher education in our country. Since the late 1990s, public security colleges and universities in all provinces and municipalities have been upgraded to undergraduate colleges and universities except for a few, which has become the highlight of public security undergraduate education in our country. As a rising new force, the new public security undergraduate colleges not only face the development opportunities, but also face severe challenges. The new public security undergraduate colleges and universities should actively explore the path of connotative development and strive to build a qualified undergraduate college with distinct characteristics, high quality and certain competitiveness in a relatively short period of time.
