潞城供电支公司坚持“以坚强为基础,智能为特征”的总体要求,以《配电自动化技术导则》、《农村配网自动化典型设计规范》为指导,通过对潞城市区电网结构、负荷密度的分析与研究,建设与潞城市发展定位相匹配的配网自动化工程,以一次网架和设备为基础,以配电自动化系统为核心,利用多种通信方式、实现对城区配电线路的监测与控制、配电系统的科学管理;为满足以上目的必须配套改造电网一次系统,建立网格式电网结构,导线满足互供要求,为国网公司确定适合城区负荷在1万千瓦至2万千瓦之间,有进一步发展裕度的电网规模的县城配电网智能化改造建立成功的典型模式。
