聚合醇钻井液由水基钻井液中加入一定数量的聚合醇配制而成 ,具有很强的抑制性与封堵性 ,能有效地稳定井壁 ;润滑性能好 ,当聚合醇加量为 3%时 ,钻井液的润滑系数降低 80 % ,可降低钻井液的表面张力与界面张力 ;对油气层损害程度低 ,渗透率恢复值大于 85 %。该钻井液体系毒性极低 ,易生物降解 ,对环境影响小。在胜利油区进行了 80余口井应用 ,取得了很好的经济效益和社会效益。
Polymeric alcohol drilling fluid is prepared by adding a certain amount of polymerized alcohol into water-based drilling fluid, has strong inhibition and plugging ability, and can effectively stabilize the wall. The lubricating property is good. When the amount of polymerized alcohol is 3% , The drilling fluid’s lubrication coefficient is reduced by 80%, which can reduce the surface tension and interfacial tension of the drilling fluid; the degree of damage to the reservoir is low and the permeability recovery value is greater than 85%. The drilling fluid system is very low toxicity, easy to biodegradable, little impact on the environment. More than 80 wells have been used in Shengli Oilfield, which has achieved good economic and social benefits.
