为了筛选出乌腺金丝桃总黄酮回流法最佳提取工艺,试验以总黄酮提取率为评价指标,采用响应面分析法,进行了乌腺金丝总黄酮回法提取工艺研究。结果表明:各因素对提取效果的影响程度为,乙醇浓度>提取时间>液料比;最佳提取工艺条件是用样品量20倍的67%乙醇,回流提取2.00 h,共提取2次,在此条件下,乌腺金丝桃总黄酮提取率为11.40%。说明此工艺可靠、简单、提取率高,可为乌腺金丝桃总黄酮工业化放大生产提供一定的理论依据。
In order to screen out the best extraction technology of the total flavonoids from Hypericum venus, the extraction rate of total flavonoids was used as the evaluation index and the response surface analysis method was used to study the extraction process of the total flavonoids of Monascus unguicelis. The results showed that the influence degree of each factor on the extraction was ethanol concentration> extraction time> liquid-to-liquid ratio. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: extracting 67 times with 20 times of the sample amount of ethanol, Under this condition, the extraction rate of total flavonoids of Hypericum perforatum was 11.40%. This process is reliable, simple, high extraction rate, which can provide some theoretical basis for industrialized amplification of total flavonoids from Hypericum perforatum.
