盘锦市的经济发展迅猛,酒店业也得到了大力的发展。星级酒店的增加同时也造成了酒店的“用工荒”。通过对盘锦市星级酒店人力资源的调查,选取瑞诗酒店为例进行人力资源的分析,并以此为依据提出盘锦市星级酒店“用工荒”的对策。伴随着盘锦市经济的发展,酒店业的发展较快。而作为酒店业中的龙头——星级酒店的发展显得尤为重要。星级酒店的不断增加,标志着了盘锦市的现代服务业迈上了新的阶段。在此同时也出现酒店用人紧张,每到旅游旺季就会出现一房难求,但同时也会也会使酒店感到用人紧张。一、星级酒店“用工荒”现状
