针对钢铁企业热装作业中专用炉混装作业计划编制难题,建立了一体化作业计划优化模型,并提出基于优化与简单仿真相结合的多步骤优化方法进行模型求解.在给定工艺参数情况下,提出的算法可快速给出优化的、一体化专用炉混装作业计划及冷装、热装板坯的详细作业时刻.模型给出的优化结果满足工业实际需求,作业计划具有较强的可行性及可操作性.
Aiming at the difficulty in compiling the plan of special furnace mixed operation in the hot-loading operation of the iron and steel enterprise, an integrated operation plan optimization model was established and a multi-step optimization method based on optimization and simple simulation was proposed to solve the model.Under the given process parameters , The proposed algorithm can quickly give the detailed operation time of the optimized and integrated dedicated furnace mixed operation plan and the cold loading and hot charging of the slab.The optimization results given by the model meet the actual needs of the industry and the operation plan has strong feasibility Sexuality and maneuverability.
