技术学习是后发企业技术能力提升的根本途径。本文通过对国内外有关从技术学习到技术能力提升的研究文献进行梳理,其中包括技术学习与技术能力的内涵、从技术学习到技术能力提升的演进路径及影响因素等,认为当前缺乏有关微观技术学习的机理研究,以及缺乏吸收能力对技术能力提升作用的实证研究。
Technology learning is the fundamental way to improve the technological capabilities of the latecomers. This paper reviews the domestic and international research literature on the improvement of technological capabilities from technical learning to technical content, including the connotation of technology learning and technological capabilities, the evolution path from technological learning to technological capabilities upgrading and its influencing factors, and concludes that the current lack of relevant micro-technology Research on the mechanism of learning, and empirical research on the role of absorptive capacity in enhancing technological capabilities.
