高压液压软管接头总成是液压行业的基础件之一,它的质量直接影响到液压系统及其主机的可靠性。目前国内液压附件行业,对此已得到普遍的重视,作为行业的共同问题而急待解决。本文在多因素实验设计与分析的基础上,得出影响扣压质量的主要因素及其它们的参数的优化组合,并对此拟定了相应的实验装置得出他们在扣压过程中的变化规律和相互关系。实验结果为理论分析打下基础,并弥补了理论分析的局限性,从而确定了实现优化扣压的最佳控制模式。
