October 10 is “World Mental Health Day.” World Mental Health Day was launched by the World Association of Psychiatry in 1992. At the dawn of this day, the editorial department interviewed Zheng Yi, director of the China Children’s Mental Health Professional Committee and director of Beijing Children’s and Children’s Mental Health Center. For over 20 years, Director Zheng Yi has been engaged in the research and treatment of mental illness in children and has a very clear understanding and deep insight into the situation of child mental health. In the recent 20 years, with the social and economic development, society has brought unprecedented opportunities and pressures to everyone. At the same time, people’s psychological and spiritual problems have also emerged in a new situation. Due to the influence of traditional culture and the popularization of mental health knowledge is not enough, making people face a living person, do not know how to deal with his symptoms, including somatic symptoms, psychiatric symptoms and social adaptation defects . At the same time as the frequency of use of the word “psychology” is getting higher and higher, there are also two extreme situations in which the normal development of children is regarded as a psychological problem and the already obvious psychiatric symptoms are attributed to children Naughty; the physical symptoms as a mental problem, and the mental disorders as a physical illness; some people psychological counseling and psychiatry confrontation, or simply confuse the two; some people on the “spirit” of the word at arm’s length, but like I believe some of the so-called psychological test scale, with some unscientific and accurate concept easily give the child a conclusion; the problem of education transferred to the psychological and spiritual problems, the psychological and spiritual problems with education to simple treatment; On the one hand, tens of millions of people need psychological counseling and psychiatry. On the one hand, they are formal counseling and treatment units. On the one hand,
