目的 :观察去甲肾上腺素在体外诱导正常大鼠淋巴细胞产生应激免疫抑制蛋白。方法 :采用体外培养的方法 ,以ConA活化正常大鼠的淋巴结细胞 ,同时加入去甲肾上腺素共同孵育 12~ 16h ,测定细胞提取物对正常小鼠淋巴细胞转化的影响。并利用应激免疫抑制蛋白单克隆抗体以抗体中和及ELISA法 ,鉴定应激免疫抑制蛋白。结果 :去甲肾上腺素 (10 -5~ 10 -3 mol·L-1)可在体外诱导以ConA活化的淋巴细胞产生一种能抑制正常淋巴细胞转化的物质。用应激免疫抑制蛋白单克隆抗体所作的抗体中和及ELISA测定发现 ,提取物中的抑制物可被应激免疫抑制蛋白单克隆抗体识别。结论 :去甲肾上腺素可以在体外诱导ConA活化的淋巴细胞产生应激免疫抑制蛋白
OBJECTIVE: To observe that norepinephrine induces the production of stress immunosuppressive protein in normal rat lymphocytes in vitro. Methods: The lymphocytes of normal rats were activated by ConA in vitro and co-incubated with norepinephrine for 12-16 h to determine the effect of cell extracts on lymphocyte transformation in normal mice. And the use of stress immunosuppressive protein monoclonal antibody to antibody neutralization and ELISA, identification of stress immunosuppressive protein. Results: Noradrenaline (10 -5 ~ 10 -3 mol·L -1) induced ConA-activated lymphocytes to produce a substance that inhibited normal lymphocyte transformation in vitro. Antibody neutralization and ELISA assays using monoclonal antibodies to stress immunosuppressive proteins were found to be detectable by monoclonal antibodies against stress immunosuppressive proteins. CONCLUSION: Norepinephrine can induce ConA-activated lymphocytes to produce stress immunosuppressive proteins in vitro
