各市人民政府,各县(市、区)人民政府,省政府各部门、各直属机构,各大企业,各高等院校:为了认真贯彻落实党中央、国务院和省委、省政府关于防治高致病性禽流感工作的各项决策和部署,加强组织领导,统一指挥,协调各方面力量,进一步加强高致病性禽流感防治工作,省政府决定成立山东省防治高致病性禽流感指挥部。现将有关事项通知如下:一、指挥部主要任务(一)贯彻落实党中央、国务院和省委、省政府关于防治高致病性禽流感工作的决策和部署,统一领导、指挥和协调全省高致病性禽流感防治工作。(二)依据国家和省的有关法律法规,拟定全省高致病性禽流感防治的方针、政策,审定各项工作预案,提出紧急应对措施,研究并进行重大工作部署。(三)组织、协调成员单位解决防治工作中遇到的问题,协助市、县(市、区)开展防治工作。

Main tasks of the headquarters (1) To implement the decisions and arrangements made by the Central Party Committee, the State Council, the provincial party committee and the provincial government on the prevention and treatment of HPAI and to unify the leadership, command and coordination of the province Prevention and treatment of HPAI. (2) To formulate the guidelines and policies for the prevention and treatment of HPAI in the whole province in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the country and the province, finalize various work plans, propose emergency response measures, study and carry out major work arrangements. (3) To organize and coordinate member units to solve problems encountered in prevention and control work, and to assist cities and counties (cities and districts) in prevention and control work.
