本文运用投入导向的BCC和CCR模型对2007年中国各省道路运输业综合技术效率、纯技术效率及规模效率进行分析,并分析了投入冗余。在此基础上,对2000~2007年数据应用Malmquist生产力指数进行进一步动态分析,得出以下结论:2007年各省道路运输业综合技术效率及纯技术效率总体状况较好,但各省差距较大,规模效率普遍较好;综合技术无效率省份中大部分省份存在三种投入的大量冗余,其中又以公路里程方面的冗余最为严重;2000~2007年间各省道路运输业生产率又小幅提高,主要来源于技术的进步,综合技术效率有所下降。
In this paper, input-oriented BCC and CCR models are used to analyze the comprehensive technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and economies of scale of the road transport industry in China’s provinces in 2007 and analyze the input redundancy.
