观察了姜黄素对高脂模型大鼠的降脂作用,同时还观察了其对血浆和肝脏组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果显示,口服姜黄素40mg/kg·d共10周,可使高脂模型大鼠血清胆固醇和甘油三酯的含量下降(P<0.05),血浆及肝脏的MDA含量下降(P<0.05)。姜黄素可使血浆和肝脏的SOD活性略有升高,但统计学意义不明显(P>0.05)。结果提示,姜黄素对高脂模型大鼠具有降低血脂和抗脂质过氧化的双重作用。这一作用可在抗动脉粥样硬化中产生有利影响。
The lipid-lowering effect of curcumin on hyperlipidemic rats was observed. The effects of curcumin on superoxide dismutase (SOD) and lipid peroxidation product malondialdehyde (MDA) content in plasma and liver tissues were also observed. The results showed that oral curcumin 40mg/kg·d for 10 weeks, serum cholesterol and triglyceride levels in high-fat model rats decreased (P <0.05), plasma and liver MDA content decreased (P <0 .05). Curcumin can slightly increase the SOD activity in plasma and liver, but it is not statistically significant (P>0.05). The results suggest that curcumin has a dual effect of lowering blood lipids and anti-lipid peroxidation in high-fat model rats. This effect can have beneficial effects in anti-atherosclerosis.
