做好外来建设者的思想政治工作是一个新的课题,需要整个社会共同关注、共同参与。关键是要建立完善外来建设者思想政治工作的体制机制和社会化格局,注重在管理和服务中开展深入细致的思想政治工作。本文在当地实践的基础上,对今后加强外来建设者的思想政治工作提出了一些思考。
To do well the ideological and political work of foreign builders is a new issue that requires the entire community to pay attention and participate together. The key is to establish and improve the institutional mechanism and socialization pattern for the ideological and political work of foreign builders and focus on carrying out intensive and meticulous ideological and political work in management and service. Based on local practice, this article puts forward some thoughts on strengthening the ideological and political work of foreign builders in the future.
