目的:探讨飞秒激光下白内障超声乳化手术患者的手术配合与手术室管理。方法:选择我院2014年09月—2016年09月收治的30例(共30只眼)行飞秒激光下白内障超声乳化手术患者作为分析对象,均由同一位主刀医生进行手术、同一巡回护士配合手术,对这30例(共30只眼)患者的手术配合与手术室管理情况进行分析。结果:经过手术治疗后30例(共30只眼)患者第一天视力都达到了1.0的水平,全部患者均没有发生严重的并发症,患者对手术的治疗效果及护理工作满意。结论:飞秒激光下白内障超声乳化手术治疗效果显著,相比传统的超声乳化手术其增加了激光手术的环节,需要医护人员掌握手术配合技巧,进行良好的配合,调整激光参数,有效优化手术流程,提高治疗效果。
Objective: To investigate the surgical cooperation and operating room management in patients undergoing phacoemulsification with femtosecond laser. Methods: Thirty patients (30 eyes in total) underwent cataract phacoemulsification with femtosecond laser in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2016 were selected as the analysis subjects. Results: All 30 patients (30 eyes) had visual acuity of 1.0 on the first day after surgery. No serious complication occurred in all patients. The patients were satisfied with the therapeutic effect and nursing care. CONCLUSION: Phacoemulsification with femtosecond laser is effective in phacoemulsification. Compared with traditional phacoemulsification, it increases the part of laser surgery, which requires the medical staff to master the surgical cooperation skills, perform good cooperation, adjust the laser parameters and optimize the operation procedure , Improve the treatment effect.
