刘中凡生于1957年,分别于1982年、1987年获大连理工大学应用物理和光学仪器专业学士、硕士学位;2002年获德国萨尔布吕肯大学功能材料专业博士学位;现为大连大学教授。 刘中凡博士自1987年以来,一直从事激光光谱、CO激光器和激光微加工和材料表面改性研究工作。1987年～1989年参加并主持国家教委重点项目:“激光选择性活化化学反应法分离同位素”研究课题;1989年～
Born in 1957, Liu Zhongfan respectively obtained bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in Applied Physics and Optical Instrument from Dalian University of Technology in 1982 and 1987 respectively. In 2002, he obtained a doctorate in functional materials from Saarbrücken University in Germany. Now he is a professor of Dalian University . Dr. Liu Zhongfan has been engaged in laser spectroscopy, CO laser and laser micro-machining and material surface modification research since 1987. From 1987 to 1989, he took part in and presided over the key projects of the State Education Commission: “Separation of isotopes by laser selective activation of chemical reaction” research project; 1989 ~
