辽源市委始终把创先争优活动作为推动中心工作的有力抓手,用创先争优活动推动中心工作,用中心工作的成效检验创先争优活动的实际效果。今年是建党90周年、“十二五”规划开局之年和地方党委集中换届之年,辽源市各级党组织认清经济转型、城市转型、工作转型“三个转型”的新形势,着力在服务发展大局、破解工作难题中谋划基层党建工作创新,扎实推进全市创先争优活动,激发基层党组织和党员的争创热情。
Liaoyuan Municipal Party Committee always regards creating excellent activities as a good starting point for pushing forward the work of the center, using the preferential activities to promote the work of the center and examining the actual results of creating excellent activities with the effectiveness of the center’s work.
