儿童肱骨髁上骨折 13例血管危象发生时 ,早期手术探查复位及交叉克氏针内固定术。术后经 0 .5～ 3年随访仅 1例拒绝手术治疗发生前臂缺血性肌挛缩 ,说明早期手术治疗是防止前臂严重并发症的有效方法。
13 cases of supracondylar fracture of humerus occurred in vascular crisis, early surgical exploration and reduction of cross-Kirschner wire fixation. Only one case of rejection of ischemic contracture of forearm during the follow-up of 0.5-3 years after operation shows that early surgical treatment is an effective way to prevent serious complications of forearm.
