高校资产公司的经营成果是名校建设工程的物质保障之一,是高校产学研紧密结合的平台,科学管理高校的资产经营公司,是培养高技能人才成就名校工程的有力的物质支持。本文结合高校资产特点阐述了高校资产经营方式的选择以及财务管理中应注意的的资产经营公司计划、业绩评价以及制度保障等关键问题。
The operating results of university assets companies are one of the material guarantees for the construction of elite schools. They are a platform closely integrated with production, study and research in colleges and universities. Scientific management of assets management companies in colleges and universities is a powerful material support for cultivating elite schools with highly skilled personnel. Based on the characteristics of college assets, this paper expounds the choice of the mode of assets management in colleges and universities and the key issues such as the plan, performance evaluation and system guarantee of asset management companies that should be noticed in the financial management.
